The KTM 890 Adventure is the base model of the middleweight adventure tourer motorcycle. The motorcycle is powered by an 889cc, liquid-cooled, parallel twin-cylinder engine that it shares with the 890 Duke series. The Euro5-compliant motor is tuned to deliver 103.5bhp of power and 100Nm of peak torque on the adventure tourer. With the right springs and adjustment your 890 should work pretty well, the comfort settings do help, as does backing off high speed adjustment. Ive done 60mph to 70 mph over washboard and its like a smooth road. There's no real way to meaningfully slow an 890 down on gravel from those speeds, best to be going straight.
