The latest version of IE for Windows Vista is IE9, if you want the latest version of IE (e.g. IE11), you should upgrade to the latest version of Windows like Windows 10. Since the latest version of Internet Explorer cannot be installed in Windows Vista, consider installing Google Chrome which is an excellent, secure browser.
As our table below shows, the only versions of Windows capable of running Internet Explorer 11 are Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. If you have any other version of Windows (eg. XP, Vista, Windows 7 you are unable to run a safe, supported version of Internet Explorer and you should take action now. Switch to Edge!
